The Right Rig for Every Operation
Most drilling service providers buy their rigs off the shelf. Wallis Drilling designs and builds its own. Our in-house engineering team at our Hazelmere facility includes specialists in mechanical, mechatronics and software engineering who develop everything from drill rigs and compressor packages to advanced machine control systems and telematics solutions.
This means our rigs are purpose-built for the conditions our crews actually work in, continuously refined based on real-world feedback from the field, and maintained to a standard that maximises availability and minimises downtime on every project. Designing and maintaining our own equipment has always been part of how we operate.
